Design that earns trust amidst complexity.
I'm Giovanna — a Senior/Lead Product Designer helping large product teams turn ambiguous strategy into shipped, measurable experiences. Ten years across fintech, health and developer tools.
01 — About
I work at the seam between strategy and craft — framing the right problem, aligning teams around it, and shipping the interface that proves it worked.
UX, UI and art direction are where my passion lives — but I never stop at the interface. What I really love is untangling complex problems: the ambiguous brief, the process nobody has mapped, the constraint everyone works around. Over ten years I moved from editorial and brand design deeper into product, and today I lead cross-functional work where the hardest part isn't the screen, it's the alignment behind it.
I've built and scaled design systems, stood up DesignOps functions from scratch, and led research that changed roadmaps — happiest when I'm reducing complexity for the people using a product and the people building it.

Understanding a debt shouldn’t feel like an interrogation.

Rebuilding a marketing platform mistaken for a logistics tool
Rebuilt a legacy portal that read as logistics software — not marketing automation — on heuristic and usability evidence, cutting rage clicks 80% and lifting NPS from 44 to 60.

Turning a fragmented blockchain ledger into a navigable system
A carbon-credit traceability portal that buried auditors in disconnected pages, rebuilt around real navigation behaviour — cutting task time by over 50%.

Turning a ticket-reduction request into a full governance rebuild
A legacy access system with zero self-service path and 700+ monthly tickets, rebuilt end to end — validating an 81% ticket drop and cutting the governed user base by 86% in Beta.
